Michael answered my questions, looked up my loyalty plan, made price adjustments as needed. Just bought new tire so rotation not needed, had oil change and new wiper blades still available on t he plan. Helped me in when to bring car back for next oil change. All done in friendy, quick and positive manner. Had fun.

My only frustration was the length of time it took. I was told it would be about and hour, but it was over two hours. No additional issues caused the delay. This was not due to Matt’s handling, I feel it was more of an overbooking of jobs...

I brought my car in for an oil change. 69.99. Then agreed to the multipoint inspection for total bill of 89.99. Then I gave a promotional to the salesman mailed to me that offered a complimentary multipoint inspection while the car was in the shop. I forgot that I had it with me when I first arrived. He said it would still be 89.99 but that he would read the promotional again. Then at payment he said he applied the promotional and the bill was 87. I questioned why it wasn’t 69.99 before tax. He said it was 20 off of 107. Then I said he never said the multipoint inspection took the bill to 107 but 89. He resisted so I requested the manager who never spoke with me but reduced the bill with tax to ~77. I felt like the salesman was dishonest and disrespectful.
I sat for 3-3 1/2 hrs only saw Michael for 15 mins but he got the job done in a professional manner

The service was fine. However, I noticed a car that turned out to be mine sitting in across the parking lot for about an hour before I went in to check on my car. Patrick was on the telephone regarding another customer and let me know that it was, in fact, my car that had been completed and sitting in the lot but he had been busy. I waited an additional 15 minutes for him to complete his call. I understand that customer service reps get busy but there should be a way to pass off the paperwork to someone else so customers don’t have a prolonged wait. After almost 4 hours, the addition wait was frustrating.
