Ryan was outstanding. Out of my 5 plus years of doing business with you Ryan was a stand out. This young man should be asked to train the rest of your staff his customer service. He went out of his way to point out information pertaining to my vehicle. And the services I still have left on my prepaid mechanical services. Hasslewood Toyota should be very proud to have an employee like this representing their company.

Ryan always goes above and beyond! This was not the first time I have had him as a service advisor, and he is the same every time! Professional, courteous, funny, and looks out for me. I hope that if I ever get another service advisor that they perform to the level that Ryan has set!

The quality assurance questions after checking in with service was new and a little weird. Pushing the upgrade program when someone just wants there vehicle serviced could go. I guess I just wasn’t expecting it.

Ryan was a great help, I came in when the power was having problems and Ryan made sure to have a appointment reschedule and set before I left. The printers weren't working so he emailed me from his personal email notifying me of the appointment, I was very happy with how he handled everything it was greatly appreciated

Dustin was awesome. He took the time at closing the evening before service to provide an estimate, time frame and commitment to update via phone the morning of our service. He's a good man! Ps... I couldn't complete the follow-on survey. It hung up on the first page asking to select all that apply. There were 4 options.
