Breanna and the service team did an amazing job in fixing my issue. My only problem was having to leave work 2 different days early to get a vehicle fixed i purchased that was said to be certified pre owned. The issue should have been caught before the vehicle was sold.

Took nearly three hours after I was told it would be a quick visit from both Mike and Chet. Had to pay my childcare overtime. Hope I don’t need to come back any time soon.

I had a mail in my tire and was told I needed to buy 2 tires since the tire was not fixable. I took my car to Les Schwab and they were able to remove the mail and easily repair the tire. I feel that the salesman was trying to sell me tires I didn’t need when the tire was in fact fixable.

Mr. Smitley was very kind and very helpful. He even took the time to call the dealership where I bought my car to make sure that I didn't have oil change coverage. He kept checking on me to see if I needed anything since my service was going to take 3 hours longer than planned.

Mr. Newell was very thorough in addressing my concerns and kept me posted as to the results of diagnostics as well as recommendations from the mechanic. He kept me updated on progress and was attentive to my need to have service completed in a timely manner due to my schedule limitations. Mr. Newell was friendly and knowledgeable in our interactions.
