Patrick checked me in and and was so courteous and nice. He explained what was done in the service and showed photos of the possible oil leak that the technicians took a second look at and Patrick assured us it was fine after talking with them and said the car was doing very well going over the check list.He said that I was doing a great job taking care of my leased car. He is an asset to your team and you should give him a raise! Thank you Patrick!

One thing.. We did not know the service agreement expired. So we oaid $65. Afterward, my friend said there are coupons for $29.99 for the same service. Had we known that perhaps we could have saved a bit. Especially since we didn't know about either going in to it...
