Mr. Smitley is a customer service all-star. He got me back on the road with a quickness. The experience was a throw back to a by gone era when you could rest assured with nothing more than a persons word and a handshake even though handshakes are illegal nowadays. I highly recommend Michael and Heartland. They have never let me down and if I was going to war, God forbid, this is the team I want backing me up....4 life! Thank you sir. Bless us all...everyone!

This is the second time Paul has checked me in. He does a great job! Let’s them know I am waiting so I am not there for 3 hours like the first time I brought it in for a oil change. He also goes over everything that was checked on the vehicle and answers any questions I may have. Thanks Paul for your thoroughness!! Makes oil change day so much better.
He is a very polite young man with impeccable customer service , furthermore, he remembered me from my last service appointment when he had recommended having my front brakes serviced, which I did today. I was impressed with his attention to detail and explaining everything that was completed on my car.

I was extremely satisfied with your service, with one minor exception. When I called in the morning about bringing the car in, I specifically asked for the labor charge for replacing the battery and was told it would be about $35.95. Instead it was $65.50. When I questioned Patrick, he said that the lower figure is for a normal battery change, but changing the battery in my vehicle requires more time than normal, which I do not dispute. I know that it’s a small difference, and I know that you gave me a Costco discount, but in this kind of situation you really should honor the quoted price.
