Kenneth has been amazing as always. Kenneth demonstrates understanding of customer needs and makes sincere efforts to meet those needs. He is unbiased and professional when making recommendations for the items that needs to be taken care of for the vehicle. He carries solid knowledge and explained mechanisms, risks, and benefits of recommended service items, like radiator (cooling system) flush, and drain and refill of transmission fluid. He also accommodated the service schedule to fit our schedule. Kenneth also demonstrate great respect for clients and sincere commitment to customer satisfaction!!
