My car was left running on the service drive for an hour. I work in the business office and went out to check the mail. Walked past and my car is just sitting there running. I turned the car off and went to see Dean. Key was at Deans desk, he is not to blame he was as shocked as I was.
With gas prices the way they are, car just sitting idle for an hour. It’s just careless.
Weston did a great job and so did the tech.

I traded a Toyota Tundra I purchased from Longo Toyota in 2018 for an RC 350 Lexus. The Carfax looks like it is a clean title but now after bringing it back within two weeks of purchase, Longo Toyota tells me that they think the previous owner "probably hit a curve" and the car needs repair and new wheel that why I was feeling shaking of the car going over 55mph. I mentioned to the a noice on the roof every time I go over a small bump and they're telling me the noise is normal and that it's not covered by the warranty.... I did not traded a Tundra that I babied the entire time it was with me for a lemon car. I don't know if I'm stuck at the moment. I don't want a car that was wrecked. Bought this brand new car 2 weeks ago and the Ac did not work and there is a orange light on that I will need to bring it in again. It is very frustrating experience.

Mr Weston did fine, however, my floor mat in the driver's side was dirty and it wasn't when I handed my vehicle in and before pulling away from the service bay, 2 other vehicles were driven into the very congested bay like they were in the Indy 500. Even though I didn't see my vehicle driven in this manner, I am quite sure it was. When I hand my vehicle in for service, I expect it to be treated as what it is, a very expensive and important thing that belongs to someone else, and not treated like an opportunity to see how fast it can be gunned or how hard it can be braked.
Dean was a great advisor. He explained current service needs as well as future ones to keep my Avalon in tip top shape. Service was performed timely and I was updated on the progress of my service as promised. Very happy with my service and advisor today!

Every time we have brought our car in it has been an amazing experience. However, this time was not the case. My wife was very frustrated in how the advisor explained items at the end to her and did not provide details about our service plan. Very matter of fact and did not patiently answer her questions.
