This is Xiomara Rolon. My husband Richard passed away. I have asked several times for the account to be updated as it brings sadness to me each time his name is linked to my phone number. While waiting at the service lobby, the agent was calling his name to come to the desk. I asked the service agent over the phone when I made the appointment to update the name. I also mentioned it to the service assistance.
People grief differently. I wish someone will take the time to listen and update my contact info .....
