Chase did a fine job. He is very knowledgeable, helpful & has a great personality. I asked him how to store away the cargo cover & he gladly demonstrated just how it’s done. My 2021 Toyota Venza already likes him.

Just surprised that a 1/4 tank was used and not replaced. There was still a message on my dash that need to see a dealer. The car smelled badly of gas so bad, I had to drive with the windows down. Other than that, very courteous and kept me on schedule.
