Dean Maiden was a great service advisor. I asked him several questions and he checked my history and answered my questions.
The overall experience was pleasant, I was greeted, explained what would happen, how much it would be, and given an accurate time estimate, it was just an oil change however when he took such care with this it gives me confidence when I need more than that he and the team of technicians will do just as fine a job.

Cecilia did a great job from the time she greeted me and gave a run down on what was involved in the 15k mile service while I waited. And offered me coffee or cocoa while I waited since it was very cold out. The update she provided to let me know it was almost completed. To her efficiency upon checkout. I appreciate her personable nature coupled withe professionalism.
