I came in and one of the things to repair was my passenger rear view mirror. It would move from one side to another but not up and down. Thought it just needed a adjustment. When Dean Maiden came out to me to tell me what I needed he said the whole part needed to be replaced and I said it was working and thought it just needed ajustment.then he said there were broken parts in there. Honestly I thought he as wrong. He wanted $950 to put a new one in. I said can't do that. Then he looked at me and said you need to go by duck tape. I thought he was wrong because I had driven it a week with no problem. I gotin my Avalon and took off on 380 headed home and the mirror in all the wind started to come off. I was doing 30 miles an hour and was so happy the Home Depot was up the road. Pulled in and bought clear box tape and put it on. I have had you guys take care of my Avalon till the warranty. I have lots of friends in Frisco Lakes where I live that own Toyotas so I can't recommend your dealership.because someone in your service department broke my mirror parts and then told me I needed the whole unit.
