I would recommend having a PA system so the customer can go around the dealership and not have to wait at the service area for their name to be called. We wanted to go around and see new cars but we’re worried we would miss our name being called. Other than that our visit went perfect. We didn’t have an appointment but it didn’t take that much time either. Thanks Aziz
