I asked about extumate for additional part installation. Also my few items to fix/ explain. Like why built in compass always shows one dirrectuon. And seatbelts are impossible to buckle up sometimes. I was reccomended to go to uhaul to get the quote about additional part) about the compass they recommended me to continue watching it. And next time they take a look.also they refused to take a look at seat belts) level of service is just not ok

I called ahead to schedule an appointment because my car made a strange noise when I would break. My husband took the car in and it was recommended that we get a 30 point inspection, so we did. They informed my husband that there was nothing wrong with the brakes, instead there was a nail in one of the tires. My husband asked if all of the fluids were topped off and the service technician informed him that yes they were. When my husband got home and checked the fluids, the brake fluid and the coolant were extremely low. I had to schedule my car appointment during the workday and had to have my husband take the day off to take my car up there, I do not appreciate the dishonesty that was provided to my husband. I do not have time to go back up there and get it maintenanced. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of honesty and workmanship at this dealership.
I was only told about the alignment, not about balancing. I talked to the guy who checked me in... he mentioned that his needed it one time; so I told him if mine did... let me know. I wasn't informed.. so therfore, it was quite a bit more than I expected. And $30 for one wiper blade?? Wow....

David is very nice and a good communicator, but I’m beginning to get very frustrated at the fact my car is not repaired yet. 3 of the 4 issues I had addressed today we’re not fixed. The parts were ordered, and one of the issues was new. But still, it has been months that we’re addressing a couple of these issues.
What a great job Weston offered during my service visit he was outstanding truly gave me the warm feeling that my Camry was in good hands.
