This was my first time having my new to me car services and my first time at Longo Toyota. Kenneth was very thorough, answered all of my questions, and was very kind and easy to work with! I appreciate great customer service, and Kenneth exemplified wha it looks like to be a great service rep. Even when an issue came up, he explained it well and had a solution for the problem for me before I had to ask. Wonderful experience and I will definitely be back!

Service was quick with no issues. I was hoping for my car to be run through the car wash like my daughters was when she came in- but not a big deal.
My Toyota battery with a 7 year warranty died in just over 3 years. I could have replaced the battery myself at Autozone for the same price that it cost to drive the vehicle to Longo and wait for over an hour. The labor charge for swapping the battery was excessive when any auto parts store would do it for free and Toyota should be embarrassed that a 38 month old battery rated for 84 months had failed

Didn’t not fixed my issues, told me the noise was coming from upper control arms and paid for incorrect diagnostic
He listened to my concern about the clear coat imperfection and worked with the technician to fix it. He kept me informed on where my car is and how the service is going. Would definitely recommend him.
I'm a little disappointed that there was no coffee or water available while waiting. Toyota of Plano provides beverages, and even Discount Tire provides bottled water.
