In the last 4 years I used three dealerships/services in SoCal due to proximity to my work or home (North Hollywood, Woodland Hills, and Van Nuys). I don't think I can say anything negative about my experience there, but I feel that my experience at Longo Toyota of Prosper and Mr. Araujo as my service manager was superior. Very pleasant, knows Toyota, relates to a customer, , work towards customer satisfaction. I am looking forward to having Longo Toyota of Prosper as a place to service my Highlander and maybe to buy another Toyota in the future.

There was a serviceman who wasn’t very helpful the first time I stopped by. I didn’t get his name but he looked very young. The next serviceman was very helpful & solved my problem.
