I needed two bulbs replaced, one headlight and one tail light. I was told upon arrival that I’d have to wait 15 minutes. I waited an hour and I was charged $100 for two bulbs.
I won’t be using Longo for service any more.

Was told tire leak was due to a previous patch. I've had the vehicle since purchased new from your dealership and never had a flat repaired. Took it to Richardson Tire shop that removed nail from tire and plugged it. Perplexing....
