I was told that I would be able to file for a $70 rebate for tires purchased several times before I arrived at dealership and then at time checkout for service I was told it did not apply to my tires. That is fraud in my mind!

I made an appointment in advance but arrived to find out the parts needed were not ordered and I had to leave the car overnight. Even though a loaner car was provided it was frustrating because arrangements were already made in advance with others to accommodate for a lack of car on that specific day.
