Doug was great. Very professional. Appointment was on time. In and out in 45 minutes. He explained in detail everything that was performed on vehicle. Vehicle was washed for us, which is more than I can say for the dealership(Toyota of Plano) where it was purchased and where maintenance performed last. We felt like a customer and not a number.
