Only issue I have is that I brought my truck in to have my parking brake tightened months and months ago and was told it was tightened, found out today it wasn’t. I then had an oil change maybe 200 miles ago and when overlooking the truck everything was fine yet again I was having issues with the parking break and they found that I needed to really adjusted. My issue is that I brought it in many times and it was overlooked and finally it was fixed

Doug was very professional and everything was delivered as promised. The only negative was the carwash left a lot to be desired. There was quite a bit of dirt and water marks. .

Doug Ranzer is great, no problems there. The service guys however need to return my vehicle in the condition it was given to them. My vehicle was serviced for the high mount stop lamp LSC. When I got in the vehicle I noticed dirty handprints on the headliner, my rear dashcam wire was not tucked back into the headliner and one of the rear pillar cover screw access covers was not installed. Minor things that I took care of when I got home.
