I asked Dean and his crew to check for a leak in my tire. I specifically stated that a leak was noted and it wasn’t due to the weather. I left after they assured me nothing was wrong and dismissed my concerns. After having to continually air up my tire, having work interrupted to return the car to Longo Toyota, they finally found the nail that they should have found at my initial 5,000 check. By then I had to pay $ 180 to replace the tire as it was irreparable. Very frustrating and not the best experience for my first trip to Toyota Of Prosper.

I really appreciate the service at Longo Prosper. I'm really hoping Toyota will decide to continue the FJ legacy soon. In the meantime, I will continue to enjoy all the attributes and characteristics which make my 2014 FJ Cruiser TTUE so unique, trustworthy, and able.

Promotion price given prior to purchasing wiper blades for 39 bucks. But at check out the guy said he never gave that price. Next time I will ask for written price prior to agreeing to any service.
