Before the day of my service, I was told that all my car needed was tire rotation and that it would take 30-45 minutes and cost about $40. When I came in for the service, I needed 2 other things and the total would be about $340 and it would take about 2 hours. I was at your dealership for 2 and a half hours. Everything I was told when I first came in was wrong. I have was also told the shuttle was not running. I did not come prepared to be there so long. As I was finally leaving I saw a shuttle vehicle with people getting out and in. Terrible experience. I’ve been driving Toyota’s for 20 years. I’ve never experienced such incompetence. Always had a great experience.

Quoted $159 and charged $172+ …either case charging that much to change a headlight bulb for Camry is not good. I wonder what would be the case for land cruiser. My mistake to come in.
