Very impressed with David A and the entire service experience. Dealerships often leave me very frustrated, but this was a great experience! As with many new dealers, things start off great, but as volume increases, service and small things disappear. Hopefully this won’t be the case for Toyota of Prosper
Chris was awesome, the mark-up on OEM parts not so much. Chris did his best and told the truth, which is all a customer can ask for.
Rep and paper work were unavailable when I picked up my vehicle from 3 listed recall repairs. Unfortunately, the service tech didn’t address the right passenger sliding door problem, which was noted. However, I was informed to clean with compressed air (which I don’t have) so now my wife is extremely frustrated and annoyed that Toyota would go thru so much time and expense with their recalls just to have their clients return and leave unsatisfied. In my opinion, the tech & consultant should have at least attempted to clean the door sensors when I told the consultant that the door still didn’t work after they said the work on the van was complete. By the way, I’m shopping for a new full sized pickup truck and this experience does affect my willingness to buy from your dealership.

David was great as usual. Answered every question and was super professional. Mark in parts helped me a ton as well to find several parts for my 03 4Runner and provided amazing service. Joaquin was a great salesperson who helped us find a great new Camry and even went out of his way to thank us with products from the Longo store. I want to have the Longo experience everywhere I shop. Thanks!!
