Mildred was so nice, professional and friendly. She was efficient at her job telling me all the services I needed and the cost. The service guys did a terrific job changing the oil and other fluids and making sure my tires were properly inflated. My Prius run so smoothly now. I will be coming back to Longo Toyota again for servicing. Outstanding job by Mildred and the crew for making my first Longo Toyota experience a pleasant and enjoyable one.

I made the appointment for the regular 15k check up and asked them if they could check some squeaking in the suspension, I warned them that my truck had an aftermarket lift installed by Toyota of plano and they told me to come in and they would take a look at it. I made my appointment at 7:45am so they could have enough time, after three hours of waiting they finally told me they had finished the oil change and were barley looking into the suspension... after wasting all my time they told me there was nothing they could do because they didn’t install it BUT a few months behind I brought the truck in for squeaking coming from the front breaks and they fixed it right away. I also had a problem with the rear left window sounding like it was hitting or grinding on something while rolled down they said they had fixed it and the problem is still there... very disappointed. With the 15k service they were supposed to do the oil change top off all fluids and rotate my tires, after inspecting the vehicle I realized they hadn’t rotated my tires and fluids were left the same. I was respectful and friendly did not expect to be treated this way. Extremely frustrating can’t trust service coming from Longo would not recommend to any of my friends.

Chris Kites is very professional and knowledgeable. He handled my query with full understanding and courtesy. I was given loaner car since my car could not be done before close. Also with the service he took care of all my recalls as well. Very happy with the service provided by Chris at Longo Toyota. Thanks Chris
