Waiting area was clean and comfortable. All staff members went above and beyond to make sure we were take care of and had a great experience. Noticing that it was cold and rainy and I had my 15mnth old son, Francisco had my car pulled up right in front of the door. It truly is the little things. Thank you!

I hope you don't want surveys completed every time I'm in as tha becomes an irritation. You should be able to take a sample of customers and get a statistically accurate representation.
Complementary Car wash is not good like Toyota of Plano.They wash real good on outside. I am not happy on your wash I had the same experience all the time when I come there. It’s okay because of free but still if can improve the quality then okay.

Dakota is very profesional. I have 3 cars serviced recently at your dealership and he helped me with all 3. He really goes out of usual way to make costumer happy. As I was sitting in the waiting area I observed his professionalism extended to all clients. Ppl like this are very hard to find this days. Love to be welcomed with a smile even at 7am.
