There are three other Toyota dealership/service centers between my house and Longo. I am unimpressed with them. Longo had good reviews and reasonably convenient, so I opted to give you a try. Millie is now my go to. She is excellent, and I even posted on my DB to go to Longo and specifically use Millie. Absolute excellence.
Only feed back i have is, for an oil change it should not take over an hour and a half knowing that some places do them in 10 minutes. Especially with the low volume of vehicles coming through. I had an appointment and was 25 minutes early for that also. Just to make sure i was on schedule.
