Dakota was very professional in person and on the phone. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answer any question. When I came to pick up the car, he was unavailable. Rather than make me wait, Chris Kite game over, grabbed my file and closed me out. Chris was also professional and very personable as we talked about my two little girls and his son and the joys of raising our little rugrats. Longo Toyota is lucky to have them both!

While Toyota still has issues that we are very tired of being jerked around, Dakota rose above. If all employees at Toyota hq had the same standards, you would never have to be concerned about competition. You should be proud to have him!
