Cisco was great, as usual, but he was going to charge me for the service today because your system didn’t identify my vehicle as a Toyota corporate lease. I though this was strange because it was my 4th visit and I thought that it was well understood from prior appointments. Also, I just had a tire rotation and fluid check (no oil change) and I was there for almost 2 hours which is a bit excessive.

Dakota is my service advisor and I trust him with the maintenance on my vehicle. He is amazing and I'm a loyal customer because of him. I was looking for a new service advisor after my long standing advisor left Toyota of Richardson. I called around and because of Amber Bowden ended up at Longo with Dakota. Really appreciate the service and the people at Longo!

Dakota was Great,as expected, just as with my prior experience with him at Longo, which is why we asked for him specifically! He even helped me troubleshoot my Toyota on board bluetooth phone car speaker system and determined it was my phone failing to connect! I look forward to my next experience with Dakota for some needed servicing discovered during the all point inspection today..
