Chris was great and very responsive! I’m on my 5th Toyota and finally we have a dealership close to Celina. Also the attendant in the drop off bay was was easy to work with as well. Good job and I’ll be back for sure.
We have recently moved here from San Antonio and we’re looking for a dealership we could trust to take care of my wife’s Lexus. I called the service department and spoke to Alex and asked how much for an oil change. He politely put me on hold and checked with parts and then informed me it would be $58 for the oil change. I asked him if he was sure about that he said yes it would be $58. When I got to the dealership I informed Francisco that I talked to Alex and he told me the oil change would be $58. Franciso advised me that should be right because the Tondras are $55 for an oil change. I waited a reasonable amount of time and Franciso said the car was ready but the price was going to be 67.20 and that he had to give me a employee discount to get it that low. Why did Alex quote me $58 then Fransico agree about that price then when done I am charged more? I know it is not much but how can I trust the dealership to service my car in the future and quote me a price on a larger repair when a price for a simple oil change cannot be trusted.

Very happy over all! Everybody was very kind. Mainly the valet young guy that picked me up today, the person that brought me home yesterday and Dakota!
He was very prompt, friendly and comfortable working with. In fact, I got the service done so quickly than the expected time.Really appreciate Francisco Jimenez for his good work.
Mr. Kite was wonderful! I am a senior citizen and he helped me to the waiting area and offered to get me something to drink. He patiently explained everything that my car would have done for the routine check up. We shared some funny stories about rainy days as it was rainy at the time. Mr. Kite was knowledgeable and delightful.
Cisco is a phenomenal service rep. Will come back because of him.

I made an appointment and was told it would be an hour and 15 minute wait. I was at the dealership for 3 hours. I think that is an excessive amount of time for a maintenance check up.
