I relocated to Texas in 2008, and since my arrival, every vehicle I have owned (all Toyota models) were serviced at Pat Lobb Toyota where Doug was my Service Adviser. Today, I took my vehicle in for service, and to my surprise, I found out that he had moved to Longo Toyota. Armed with that information, without hesitation, I drove the extra distance from my home (16 miles) to continue the rapport we have developed over the years, and the understanding he has of my expectations for service to my vehicles.

It was my pleasure to meet Mildred Hubbard. She took the time to explain my service and also to get to know a few things about me, personally. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and thoroughal. I have lived in Oklahoma all my life and purchased cars from one particular dealer, who also always serviced my vehicle. It is nice to know have a new dealership that I can count on to be fair and reputable.
