I was so pleased with the service and the waiting area were nice and comfortable!!
Experience was mostly excellent. Only comment is that the vehicle was returned with several patches of motor oil smears on the body.
Also, I was told the spare tire, which was under inflated, was a “donut” or space saver and 55 lbs which it was inflated to by Longo was accurate. I inspected the spare when returning home and being quiet familiar with tires believe it to be a full size spare tire that is apparently supported by Toyota’s online site. Therefore I question the tire pressure you applied. I am in Plano and not anxious to return to you dealership for a correction at this time.
