Yes, I was thoroughly satisfied with the service I receive every time I come to Longo for service. Chris Kite is always a delight. I am an old lady and Chris makes sure I clearly understand what services I will be receiving. Besides that he is always so cheerful, knowledgeable and polite.

Doug is an extremely respectful and well-versed employee. He answered all my questions and was very polite and showed me the place of coffee and drinks while I was waiting. Service was more than I expected, including a car wash and tire pressure adjustment that I did not receive at the other Toyota dealership. Overall, very professional and courteous employees
