Cisco is professional, courteous, and thoroughly informative. This type of service is definitely noted. I own only Toyota vehicles. I had a bad last experience at a dealership where I purchased my last Toyota. I will definitely be moving my business to Longo Toyota of Prosper. Keep hiring people like Cisco. He has provided consistently excellent service!

Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Mr. Ranzer took care of the shuttle transportation for me and kept me advised as to the progress of my car repair via text messages. He explained the recall work done on my car and took care of getting another key for my car per my request. I was very pleased with the service.
