Everything was great! In the future I would prefer that my driver's side floor plastic mat is not removed.

Doug is awesome! I trusted him with my 2007 Tundra for over 10 years at Pat Lobb where I bought it. I was happy to find out he is now at Longo Toyota!
You need to push to get the road work finished it took 10 minutes to get through the light at 380 & NDT.

Brought my 4 Runner in for “routine” service 60K mile - oil change and tire rotation, which every other time has cost me max of $100 at other Toyota dealerships... was extremely disappointed to find a $375 bill waiting for me when I picked up my vehicle. This is not the high level of service and trust that I have come to expect from Toyota dealerships... I guess I will be making the drive down to Plano for all future service and vehicle purchasing needs. Extremely disappointed with my experience at Longo.
Dakota is awesome. I really appreciate the thoroughness of both Dakota and the mechanic. Dakota made everything super simple, and I got to drive my car home just a few hours later. Great job!!!
