I was there for a few hours but the staff are so excellent! Made it feel like I was at home with the kids. Lol my advisor was great and so was everyone else. Smiling and asking was I ok and do I need anything. Thank you

My driver’s side door is still not locking and unlocking properly. I called yesterday to speak with the service advisor about it ... I’m supposed to get a call back today.
At my 20K service last weekend something was done that caused a violent shake in the steering wheel at highway speeds so I came back so it could be made right. Very disappointing that you wanted to charge me to rectify something that was caused by your servicing of my truck. This is no fault of Dakota, but of the service manger who refused to make it right even though the truck is still under warranty
