At my 20K service last weekend something was done that caused a violent shake in the steering wheel at highway speeds so I came back so it could be made right. Very disappointing that you wanted to charge me to rectify something that was caused by your servicing of my truck. This is no fault of Dakota, but of the service manger who refused to make it right even though the truck is still under warranty
