No need to contact me regarding this. Just wanted to note that after I dropped off my vehicle and told an advisor would reach out once it was checked in, I waited half an hour before I went to one of the advisors desk to find out what was going on and make sure my vehicle wasn’t looked over and forgotten about. I was told the process was already underway which is great but it would’ve been helpful to know the estimated completion time before the first half hour.

Process of putting on tires took way too long. Costco can ad them in 1-1.5 hours .
