Doug is great. I came to Longo because of him. The mechanical service to the car was great. But, the detail job I feel was sub standard. Not worth the $. I've had better quick detail jobs at a carwash.

My first feedback is this should be an email and not a text
so it would be easier to type a response. I was lied
to as to what I would get for my trade and what should
have been about an hour to complete turned into a
few hours. Per the sales transaction i was owed money
from the dealership and expected to walk out with a
check but was told titles would have to clear first and
it would be mailed. My bank is in the area of the
dealership and I live an hour away so I wasn’t happy
with that either. Kyle the finance guy said he could have
the money deposited into my account the next day
however almost a week later no money and no
communication about it from anyone. I called him
yesterday and he just said he thought it was taken
care of but obviously didn’t follow up to see if it was.
He said he would check this morning and get back
to me but nothing as of yet. I know if I owed the dealership
money per the deal I wouldn’t be able to say well
I will send you a check when the title clears or I get
the title and tags. Not happy at all with my experience.
Dealership would not support the recall program on the ujoints under the Customer warranty extension ZH2 announcement that covers 2005 - 2011 toyota tacomas. Reason was I had replaced ujoint before so original ujoint was not in the drive shaft. I had one of the OEM ujoins that I kept and offered that but they wouldn’t budge. I had to replace that ujoint about 4 years ago stranded in a campground in Colorado. I wasn’t aware of this recall program until just recently. Dealership had me call Toyota corp for approval and that was a waste. They told me I had to take it up with the dealer. I feel dealership wasn’t willing to stand behind the company they represent. I had to replace ujoint myself and incur the costs for something Toyota admits was a defective part. I was planning on purchasing a new tacoma later this year or next year but this treatment has made me want to look elsewhere.

This was my first experience at a Toyota dealership. I was taken care of with hospitality and in a quick manner. I was there with my four-year-old son and we were both pleasantly surprised to find a small stuffed bear in his car seat when we were done! He’s still playing with it. Thank you!
