Dakota helped me out in a pinch. I showed up with a screw in my tire and needed a quick turn around. He was able to have me out in 30 mins. I appreciated the effort by the team to get it done quickly.

When guest is coming to pick up their new car, make sure you provide them with wash and cleaned car. Also, provide welcoming attitude because I felt that when i wa coming to pick up my car I felt Toyota’s employee was not welcoming and did not show apericiation.

Instead of assuming we'd decline the parts recommended to change, (ie: air filter, etc.), we would have appreciated a phone call or text asking. Other than that we were mostly satisfied.
David is always great. He’s very knowledgeable and efficient. What I still haven’t come to terms with is how long the services take. I only had an oil change done, with an appointment scheduled, and still waited over an hour.
She was genuinely friendly and most helpful, she had answers to all of my questions.
