I came in at 9:20 for my appt for a 45K miles maintenance. After over 1 hour, Doug informed me that I need new brake pads. I agreed to get them changed. He said they were $249. He didn't inform me and I didn't ask how much longer this was going to take. I ended up asking for a ride from Maria at 2:30 to help pick up my son from school and bring us back to the dealership. Upon return, I find that the charge of $249 was for each pair - front and back. I was surprised that its now over $500 charge today. Please improve your communication and let your customers know HOW LONG EACH SRVICE WILL TAKE and be clear about the charges. 5 1/2 hours is too long to wait for a vehicle at the dealership. Thank you.

Toyota has always provided ME with the best service not only on this vehicle but the prior Toyota Id owned. Dakota is/was absolutely the perfect example of what I expect and look forward to while receiving service from Toyota. Great experience !

David did a great job. Your service model is questionable though. This time, we were in and out at drop off, last time with an appointment we waited over 20 minutes to get written up. Pick up is slower than it needs to be, not having a cashier and having to wait for the service writer to checks us out is slow. None of this is a complaint about David at all, he did a great job.
