On time, service well communicated and team all worked seamlessly together.
Not happy with price paid for oil change when coupon was not made available to customer. Been owner of multiple Toyota vehicle since 2001. Will not use Longo Toyota service again. You have lost a good customer. Will not recommend Longo to family and friends.

Not completely unsatisfied, as Dakota was friendly and polite, and the facility was nice. I made an appointment to purchase a new key fob, programming, and key cutting. The parts were confirmed in stock when I made the appointment. I arrived on time and was told it would take 70 to 80 minutes. After one hour fifteen minutes Dakota came over to tell me they were out of stock and would have to order a key fob. I was understandably irked to find this out after waiting so long. Five minutes later he returned to say there was a mixup and the key fob had been reserved for me. I then waited another 30 minutes for programming. It seems I needlessly waited for the hour and fifteen minutes.
I was amazed at how informative Francisco was. I will be back. Great Service as well.
They got my truck into the shop on time and it was finished on time.

Doug is great! Usually i get my 7 year old Sienna serviced outside of dealerships but visited for a minor thing a few months back. I was so impressed by his service that i came back for new tires and i am gonna visit your dealership for all future needs. He earned you a customer for a long long time.
