This is my third service visit to Longo Toyota of Prosper. Excellent customer service and wait time is surprisingly short . Longo's Service Department is awesome. Mr. Francisco and Mr. Burns have been my service advisors and they have done amazing jobs. Especially Mr. Francisco, he went above and beyond for me. Great services
