My service rep was awesome. Very attentive and informative. Here’s the problem. I’m sure your free car washes are truly appreciated. But, for the second time, I left your facility with a poor car wash. I get that it’s free. When we bought our new truck I was told a couple of times I could just bring my truck in for a free wash. That’s all good but I think I’d rather leave with it dirty than half cleaned. I have a black tundra and I know it must be hard to clean. I’m sure I’ll just pass on the free car wash on my next visit. Seems petty I know.

Did not appreciate that there was a long delay between the time the car was done and I was out the door just because someone was not there to do the paperwork. After about 20 to 30 minutes someone came to tell me they will instead email me the paperwork so I don’t have to wait any longer. When I asked in 15 or 20 minutes of seeing the car in check out lane, a different rep who was available did not care to trace who the correct rep was and connect him with me to give a status. I waited a further 15 minutes after that. The work was handled well but the checkout handling was poor.
I will no longer use Longo Toyota for service on my vehicle. I was not satisfied with the service I recieved on a previous visit so will be taking my vehicle to another dealer for service.
