David is great, however I’m not satisfied with Toyota for selling me a defective truck, keep making visits for the same issue several times. Reason why I bought a certified truck was because I did not want it to have any issues, this issue has been wasting my time since day one of buying my 2016 Tacoma.
Doug was great and service was efficient.
Doug is excellent aleays on top if things and knows what my vehicle needs. I moved my vehicle over to Longo because of Doug’s expertise and many years of friendship. Your fortunate to have him at your dealership.

Great work and advice from Doug Ranzer
I have been having Doug Ranzer personally service my Toyota Vehicles several years while at Pat Lobb Toyota. When he left I followed him to Longo Toyota. I follow the integrity & honesty he always exhibited. He is a family man which exemplifies much responsibility. Also I was glad that Derek Owens came over like Doug from Pat Lobb Toyota. I chose him to always work on my vehicle(s) because he is a Master Certified Toyota Technician with I believe over 20 years experience. He is super knowledgeable on Toyota Vehicles. Longo is blessed to have both these personnel on their staff. Thanks Doug & Derek.

There are a number of reasons why Doug Ranzer has been my Service Advisor for the last 12 years. He is the reason I service my vehicles at Longo Toyota.
Well Im used to having my car washed at other locations. My husband thought it was washed and it looks like maybe it was hosed down in the front. But the back is untouched. Also I always get coupons at other locations. $96 seems quite high for an oil change. I like the locate a and was happy last visit. This time I feel like we were taken advantage of.
