I made appointment with lady of last name Rose or Rosie . She stated tires would be in to replace on Saturday the 11th . Appointment was made for 7:20. She never ordered my tires. Ultimately I showed up for no reason. Well the only reason after all ended up being to turn off the check engine light that the tech forgot to turn off during my oil change on 4-27-19. That’s two bad service visits in a row. On another note Fransisco Jimenez provides good quality service. Sincerely, Neil A

My front license plate was mangled. My passenger side view mirror was pushed backwards. A rubber guard inside my passenger front wheel well was hanging on by only one grommet. The maintenance indicator on the dash was not reset. With all these issues, the adjective “trust” that the service department completed the 10,000 mile service accurately is doubtful to me. Finally, I purchased the truck from this dealership which installed a lift kit. I was told the front safety sensor will not work properly unless the lift is removed. That doesn’t feel like a fair, transparent, honest deal was completed on your part. I have owned 16 Toyota’s, this is the worst experience ever.

Your coupons are deceiving. I went for an oil change with a coupon for $54 and was told that because my engine takes 7 quarts I would have to pay for an additional 2 quarts since the coupon only covers a certain amount (yet the coupon doesn’t state that). If you only cover a certain amount of quarts in the special it should be noted in your coupons.
