I received the e-mail that “buy 3 tires, get one free” in April”.
I went to dealership to discuss the option, but there were no stock the tires,
So they had to place order for us , so I made an appointment and went home.
We went to dealership to get service and found the out the I didn’t get one free tire charge. They told us that we didn’t get the deal because our appointment date was in May, not April.
If so, we could make an appointment in April . The service writer didn’t even told us either. What a dishonest service. I could get other location to get tires.
I would never go back your dealership ever again.

I'm thinking you & your staff help solve my question and concern about the engine/transmission respond of the Camry 4 cyl engine and 8 speed transmission. The computer updated of software seem to have corrected the problem.
