Francisco “Cisco” Jimenez is now my go-to Toyota sales and service agent at Longo. It’s no fun for anyone spending lots of money on repairs, but, when they become necessary, you want an honest, knowledgeable, straight-shooting, and congenial person helping you out. Cisco seems to be all that and more from what I have experienced.I sadly know next to nothing really about cars, let alone my own hybrid Prius, so I depend upon being presented an honest/ethical service assessment. I trust Cisco to deliver in that area. Thanks!

The service itself was fine, however the pricing was higher than expected for some recommend services.
I would recommend that you look for opportunities in the process to remove any nonvalue adding activity to reduce the overall cost of services.

I was immediately warmly greeted my Mildred and given a rundown of the Service Plan. She executes it and then walked me through the findings and future Service Plan for my next visit. She had a great sense of humor and clearly lies her job.

Excellent process of expediting a schedule service visit. Much shorter time than expected. The car was presented washed and in pristine condition. Will be having all future service visits here.
