David is a true customer manager. After having my truck in your shop for routine service and waited for more than an hour I decided to inquire why the wait is so long. I was told that my vehicle information was no enter in the computer. David then apologized although it was no fault of his and got my vehicle taken care of immediately. The initial stage I was displeased but David Araujo reassured me that he will take care of my Toyota Tundra and he did. Thank you David for your excellent skills and service I am very please and will see you on my next service. RLG

I brought my vehicle in to get the We Owe completed as well as getting my right front wheel powder coated. The powder coating does not match and the right front wheel is glossy and the rest of my wheels are matte black.

Mildred did not mention that my car needed alignment. She told me I needed new tires but I didn't see the comment on the paperwork about the alignment until I was home

I was just told the warranty on the oil consumption test expired in 2017. I'm trying to figure out why yall had me take the test in the end of January 2019 when I did other recalls if the warranty already expired? Not a word was mentioned about the warranty when I came there in January 2019 but now it's being brought up. Can you explain please. Thank you
