I showed up at 11:30 for an 11:40 appointment. I left the parking lot at 1:10. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. I was told at check out that several service techs left for lunch so that's why it took longer. He did give me 10% off which was a nice gesture but that took way too long. I drive down from Gunter for service but will probably need to look for something closer that can provide much faster routine maintenance services. Half an hour there and back and an hour and a half for service isn't what I expected or needed today. My service rep was very polite & I know it was not his fault. He did his job well and kept me posted. I appreciated that.

I was told that the break fluid was dark and needs to be washed. I checked it and didn't find any problems, but the beak fluid and the coolent was half way full. I was under impression that if the fluid gets low during the maintenance it shouldn't have been filled up.
