We checked in our appointment a few hours earlier and it was done way before my original appointment time. I was immediately contacted by service advisor Mike who explained what was changed and serviced and of course the car was washed.

Weston was my service advisor and I got a 5k service done and one of the boxes was checked and he said it was by mistake and never went back to check. Then the next day I go to get my inspection done and my battery has no storage which is exactly what was showing was wrong when I was at Toyota the other day. I had to have my truck jump started and barely made it back to prosper.
