The way Doug explains things and speaks is a little bit rude in my opinion. I asked for a Lyft home and instead of saying sure he said “I mean there’s no point your car is going to be ready in 45 minutes”. My house is 5 minutes away and I had to go home to do some housework in that time so I insisted on the car. I just don’t like the way he made me feel guilty for asking for the Lyft ride. He did eventually offer it as an option but why make comments to make a customer feel bad about a choice?

I initially came in on 12/15 to have my fuel tank part replaced. I had to return the next day due to gasoline leaking out from the bottom of car because something wasn't connected. My fuel gauge was the same as when I left it to get serviced, only because I received a strange alert about fuel cap open, did I make an appointment for following Monday because I worked night shifts. My husband had to leave both days so I would have a ride or a car for work. The leaking is a dangerous thing to occur, esp at a gas station, they called fire dept, and I had to call for tow to dealership. The service advisor David and Doug took care of things, Tracye set me up with a rental. But I'm not sure what happen with technician that did the initial job, but it cost your dealer and myself extra time and money. I just wanted to mention it, luckily I was fueling up close by, had this happen when I was in downtown Dallas where I was day before for class, it would've been much more tedious and safety issue

Make sure that when giving a time frame to wait, it will be the right one. The timeframe given is 2.5 hours but it became almost 4 hours.
