I let Weston know that I was from out of town, and he treated me like I was his best repeat customer. I almost went to one of the Grease Monkey locations, but I'm glad I came to Longo Toyota. Weston was very professional. He pointed out the recall (airbag) and encouraged me to follow up with that when I reached my final destination - he understood I was on a travelers time schedule. My technician also did a great job on the service too.
